For those with Kings, what's the lift at the lowest setting?

I know "setting" isn't really the right word since they virtually have an infinite range to crank and adjust...so maybe say "at the lowest adjustment". Whatever... haha

Basically I just need to know if at the lowest setting they add any lift or not. Or do they start at 0?

It all depends what rate coils you have. The higher rate, the less preload. In my case I’ve got 650lb coils, 0 preload 2.75” lift, with stock weight on the front

Shit, [snip] 2.75 is way too high for me. I really only want about 1 to 1.5".

When you say preload, I assume you are talking about cranking them down? So you're really getting 2.75 inches at the lowest setting?

Okay so mine are coming with 600 lb coils.

Correct. Well if you’re going to get 600 lb coils and your goal is ~ 1.5”, definitely don’t touch adjustment ring, 0 preload and see what you get. Good luck with your Kings!!!

Dang, I have 700# coils on mine. Been waiting to get installed for years. Right now they are adjusted down about 1.5", I'll adjust them to zero before putting them on. Hopefully that won't give me any more then 3" of lift.

I wouldn't use 700# coils on a 4runner without any substantial additional weight on the front end. That is going to make for a very stiff front end. I wouldn't want any higher than 600# with a stock front end if it was me.
