Rear Hatch Strut Bushings?

Does anyone have the part number for the plastic bushings that the upper hatch strut pins ride in? They snap into the mounting tabs on the hatch, then the clevis on the end of the gas strut slips over the bushing and tab, and then the pin goes through the whole shebang.

Turns out they crumble on a 20 year old vehicle and I need two new ones.
