Aftermarket fuel pressure regulator? (96 w/ supercharger)

Hi all -

In the process of sprucing up the top end of my (new to me) 1996 with an original dealer installed supercharger. Doing a nose cone rebuild, valve cover gaskets and a few other associated "while I'm in there"s.

When trying to compare my setup to the photos & FSM, I'm noticing that I have what appears to be an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator - is that correct? I just want to make sure I understand what all the various vac and fuel hoses are.

This is the unit:

OK, I was able to answer my own question. Apparently when the 1st generation grey SCs were first sold, they came with a "fuel management unit" that replaced the original fuel pressure regulator with the unit shown. This was apparently deleted at some point, but since my truck had the SC installed at the dealer in '98, it has this unit.

The original install manual
shows this part.

Toyota eliminated this part by putting the vacuum hose from the stock fuel pressure regulator to the boost port (brass port) on the back of the supercharger. Essentially does the same thing.
