I don't remember the time it took, probably at least 12 hours on mine on the first time, with air tool and an equipped garage.

But with the Quebec rust on that, it probably took me at last 4 hours to unjam the AC compressor to get to the tensionner.

Glad I did it though, the compressor needed to be changed like the year after and was pretty easy to take off.

Could probably be done.

It’s all about time management.

If you’re taking time draining the coolant; you can be unbolting the beauty covers, loosing up the belts, etc etc.

Same if you just pull the lower hose.

Electric tools make it easier; and quicker.

Biggest challenge would be the crank bolt of you don’t take the rad out.
