There is no slip yoke, 4bolt flange at both ends, I would remove the rear drive shaft completely for safety and damage control reasons, I guess you can disconnect it from the rear diff and put the tcase and Tranny in neutral, the front drive shaft will be disconnected, and the front CV's will freewheel, but for 4 extra nuts/bolts I'd remove the rear driveshaft if travelling any distance.
