I have a similar one I got from Wal Mart. Best 15 bucks I’ve ever spent on on a phone holder. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes it seems out of nowhere it doesn’t stick. 98% of the time is does, perhaps hot day scenario.

Where was this when I needed it a year ago? Lol! Looks like a fantastic design and I'm tempted to replace mine prematurely. When you have a phone attached to it does it block any of the road? I have an iPhone 8 so not small but not a handheld tablet like some phones now.

It shouldn't block view of the road, it is mostly in line with the top of the hood. So if you can see over the hood, you should be able to see over the phone. You also have some flexibility in how high or low you place the phone on the mount.

Im rocking pro clip. I really love the system they use. Its pretty expensive but very clean and no drilling required.

Downside it, its blocks a vent or the clock. I never glued mine down so I slide it back and forth between clock and vent depending on what i need.
