Hello all,
Our 4Runners should all have a little information card on the driver side visor that instructs you on how to use your transfer case. Over time these become yellowed, wrinkled, stained, etc.


J-Pattern Transfer Case Card
For those of us with the early J-pattern transfer case, I have digitally scanned and repaired that card, and set it up to print.

Below is a link to the google drive where you will find a .jpeg and a .docx.

If you just want to print the card in its proper size, download the .docx by right clicking on it, and clicking download. Open this file in MS Word or Google Docs, and print it (I suggest printing on cardstock, that is what Toyota used, and makes it look and feel just like the original).

This card should print out to be the proper size, and only requires you to cut it out. If anyone runs into any issues with size or downloading let me know, and I'll fix it ASAP.

For any other purposes, I have included the .jpeg to be used however you want.

Diff Lock Sticker
As with the J-Pattern paper, I have restored the Diff Lock sticker that appears on the driver door. This is not as high quality as I would like compared to the transfer case instructions, but would still inarguably look much nicer than the original. (If anyone has a scan or high quality straight on picture they can post, I can re-make it)

For other models with different transfer cases, if you want a new visor card, send me a PM of a high quality scan of your existing card (If you can, not sure if you can PM a picture. If not, just post it here on the thread), and I'll update this thread.

Great idea to create a digital copy of these before they are all too old and destroyed! Good work and I'm sure folks will get some use out of these duplicates. It's on my weekend to-do list!

You can also order a brand new one for 6 bucks. When I have already had other orders paying for the shipping i have thrown some new stickers in for fun.
