Tundra Brake Upgrade - Rotors Dont Fit?

Hey Gang... been working on the TBU (plus other "same time" maintenance) on my '98... pulled the knuckles off to swap the UBJ's and while I had them clamped in the vice, decided to fit up the new rotors and calipers on the bench.

I'll be damned, but the rotors do not seem to fit over the hub. Has anybody else seen this issue?

Edit: went with the 231mm option, Z17 Powerstop Kit with calipers... part no. KCOE2324

Hmm, nope. No issue on my 231 swap. Rotors and calipers fit perfectly over the existing hubs.
It's a good thing you checked this before it goes on the truck.
Could be there's a rust ridge on your existing hub that prevent the rotors over the hubs? Or could be you were handed a defect rotor by the manufacturer.

I suspect a defect or wrong rotor in the box. They fit just fine.

I cleaned up the rust a bit on the hub and they seem like they'll go, but its a tight fit. Even the old rotors are tight to get back on the hub so hopefully thats it.

Gonna check the part number on the rotors to be sure. EDIT: They are stamped JBR935... references back to 2000-2006 Tundra, 2001-2007 Sequioa
