Don't feel bad, bro. I did my first one at 238K and it was still in reasonable shape for the mileage. Not to say that you shouldn't do it at 240K, but I can confidently say that I was still okay for a while.

Agreed. When I did my t-belt, water pump and pulley's and tensioners and stuff all at the same time. Water pump was in fact OEM and wasn't weeping or anything, no leaks, nothing. I was pleased with everything and happy I did it when I did. Maybe i can squeeze out another 238K!
