Yet another dome fuse issue

My dome fuse is good, but nothing that’s supposed to be on that circuit works(radio, dome lights, clock).
I’ve checked every fuse I can find and none are popped. There is an aftermarket radio but it plugs into the factory harness. As far as I can tell there are no things added to that circuit(speakers, amps, etc). Any idea what the problem would be? It’s a 1999 SR5 so you don’t have to ask @TheDurk

When you say the fuse is good, have you checked it for continuity, or just pulled it and visually inspected? If you have just visually inspected it, I'd check it for continuity, and probably just replace it to be safe assuming you have a spare.

I don't have the wiring diagrams for the 1999, just for the 2000 so I'm not sure this will be the same. On a 2000, the power from the dome fuse comes inside on a blue wire with a yellow stripe. It connects behind the drivers kick panel to connector 1E pin 6. From there it stays a blue wire with a yellow stripe running out of connector 1F pin 3 and into connector 3C pin 8 which is in the center relay junction box in the dash. From there the wiring for all of those diverges, so those are the connections to check. It wouldn't hurt to make sure you have power at the dome fuse slot as well.

Post #26 in this thread has a link to download a bunch of useful stuff including the wiring diagrams for a 2000 which will help you find which connector is which.
