i used these as well for the lowers. take heed of timmy's warning concerning bending the LCAs trying to press out those intransigent old bushings with a bottle jack. this just happened to me on one side, and we barely fit the thing back in, plus the bushing is a little squished. also despite their apparent quality, they sure don't supply much of that dark-gray lubricant.
unless you *know* your cam adjusters and sleeves aren't rusted in, pick up a full set ahead of time and if you don't need them, great, take 'em back. one of my sleeves was fused in, just would not yield to the kind of force that preserves the part, so we had to make a choice on using a BFH and a steel rod to punch it out, knowing it would be damaged beyond use. we scrapped together an aftermarket one in a hurry to avoid failing to finish the job, since the nearest dealer is 45 mins away.
cute dog btw.
