There’s a really nice clean 2000 Black SX on KSL.com right now for 6,500......

It’s an exact sister to the one I have.... i’d like to buy it just to have a parts rig… damn wish I had an extra 6500 rolling around right now. Wife would kill me if I bought a second one..... lol.

Buddy of mine just told me the dealership called him and offered him $2-3k over blue book if he would sell them back his 2019 Taco. Same thing with his wife's 2020 Grand Cherokee and their daughters JK.

The cheapest boards of OSB right now are $60+, but you could buy an entire uncut log for that price right now. Absolutely crazy out there.
We recently bought two large pieces of treated lumber for a section of our rotting deck. I asked the owner of the lumber distributor and he says the problem is two fold: 1) lumber yards had to ramp down and/or temp close due to Covid construction slow downs last year. 2) the lumber mills that are open had to ramp up and re-hire their workers. The problem is that our asinine government is hell bent (these are his words and I'm paraphrasing) on making people dependent on "free" money and the workers won't come back because they are making slightly more than they did if they were working.
