I don't think there is a pdf but using your old ones as template and cutting them out should be easy.

Some' tracing paper a pencil might work or just taking a ball park piece and trimming it. let me know and I can trace mine on paper and mail it to you.

I recommend EPDM, based on my experience. Neoprene is probably fine also.

In 2013, I bought EPDM synthetic rubber sheet (1/16th inch thick or maybe the next thicker size) from McMaster to create the missing splash shield pieces on my '97.
They are still fine, 8 years later.

What 4runner trims did Toyota put the OEM front mud flaps on? My base one never came with them. Been wanting some for a while to prevent rocks and shit from flinging up and hitting my undercoat or getting caked on my frame.

Rubber mud flaps seem the way to go so you don't have to worry about breaking it if you go off road, and hopefully snow wont build up if the mud flap isn't rigid.

THIS. EPDM is the same type of rubber used in tire valves, tailgate stoppers, and other bushings not constantly exposed to oil
