Im not crazy unhappy with the 2001.....just not as thrilled as I would like....it just has so much it needs. But it is getting me through the winter, its a 3rd gen and its silver-ish ( my fav color on these)

well the owner decided to keep and fix it....the 98....guess I should not have been so honest and talky and tell him about the other engine and how its just a few day job by the average shade tree mechanic. I did not talk about all the stuff discussed in this thread....just said it should be plug and play...i did not know.
he did not want someone to buy and part out, so I told him I wasnt and how I was gonna get it back on the road and keep it.
oh well....maybe thats a good thing.
