You talking about the guy in Marion who made them? Yeah, PSA to anyone reading this- dont. Had to file a paypal claim to get refunded after waiting over 4 months for nothing.

Nowadays, most folks are building their own Big 3 kits. I'm not aware of a MFG who is making a kit for 3rd gen 4Runners. There are some good threads on here about it. I need to do this upgrade, so curious what others have to say

I have a 4th gen, but I bought my Big 3 kit from Crutchfield. It is made by XS Power.

XS Power BIG3XS 350-amp Big 3 wiring upgrade kit at Crutchfield

That's the kit, not vehicle specific so dig around here to see what lengths others say you'll need for the 3rd gen 4R just to make Certain it'll fit/work. Seems expensive to me, looking on Amazon you can buy 25' each black/red 1/0 for $50 and 10 terminals for $13. Even if you need to buy the $20 basic crimper, you're still under cost AND can make it to route exactly. Cripes, buy everything, make 2 sets and sell the 2nd to pay for yours.

Seconding building your own. Big 3 kits are nothing but welding cable with some eyelets crimped on. You can build them yourself for a fraction of their cost

Second on this. I bought that kit, and regret it. Some of the cables have corroded and need to be replaced, and the terminals he included didn’t work.

I think build your own is the best route. Lots of discussion on what to use and how to do it.

If you need a Big 3 Kit, I have a customer on the state of Washington that makes his own kits. His shop is called Franks Audio Motive. He custom makes cables in different lengths, sizes and colors. Let him know Alex from BSA sent you. DIY Car Audio Parts & Supplies | Franks Audiomotive | United States
