Part Number Quiz - Front Bumper Stay Nuts w/Washer

Hey esteemed 3rd gen parts librarians. I'm looking for the nuts w/washers which secure the front bumper stays on a 1999 SR5.

Here's the pic from an eBay listing:

I have the stays and rubber grommets, but am trying to track down the nuts with washers which secures the whole thing in place. I can't seem to find the parts in schematics. Thread pitch is M8 x 1.25 (I think). I haven't put them on my magic bolt checker yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, was wondering if anyone else had issues removing these? I gave up after trying traditional methods. Impact wrench, breaker bar, etc. Sheet metal started bending before nuts would loosen creating a situation where I was deforming the structure. I had to pull out my Genuine Toyota Rotary Friction Wrench (a grinder) to free them.

hey man. try 90179-08017 (nuts) and 90119-10608 (bolts). i suspect these could be old-series PNs, but it's a good start to see what has replaced the numbering. see any of several part lookup sites. i have japan-parts bookmarked though they do tend to show old-series numbers. check their page for the bumper to verify my thoughts on the bolts and nuts.

And the verdict... drum roll please. Official part numbers are:

Vertical Support Nut w/washer (Inconclusive): Parts clerk did not order the right part for me (90179-06322) so I don't have a confirmed part number yet. I'm going to order 90179-08017 and see if it might be the magic one.

Horizontal Support Nut w/washer: 90179-08063 is the correct part number for the two generic nuts with washers attaching horizontally to valence bracket 52145-35040. Tested and confirmed this is the right part. 90179-08017 might be the same exact nut w/washer. I'll give an update when I pick it up tomorrow - hoping it has a larger washer on it and will snug in the rubber grommet.

1996-2010 Toyota Support Brace Nut 90179-08063 | Camelback Toyota Parts

These have been a PITA to find. I'm sure I could easily cobble together washers and nuts to make it work, but want to keep the OEM'ness of my 4Runner together. Really appreciate all the help.

geez, that's kinda, er, nuts. makes me feel fortunate that nothing important broke when i replaced the entire valance (looks like PN 53911-35911 for that). sorry those numbers i sent weren't quite right. it now appears to me that you might have needed items 21 and 22 (?) in the diagram. not sure though, ha.

ToyoDIY.com will have better diagrams than most parts sites. You have to make an account to see the pictures, I believe.

I see 90179-08063 as the regular nut and 90179-08074 as the one with the wide washer for below the bushing.

Or, one of use with an aftermarket bumper could just send them to you. (I'm sure mine are in my bucket-o-bolts somewhere)
