Quick Front shock/spring question

I’ve got new springs and shocks for my 4runner. The parts I’m replacing may very well be original. One thing that I don’t have are the strut retainers and cushions. They didn’t come with the bilstein shocks. Should I go ahead and reuse the old ones or get new ones? Ideally new ones would be best but ordering them looks like it may take a week and my rig is torn apart. I can get by without it if need be but the old parts don’t look “too bad”, so maybe Incan reuse them?

Anybody ever done shocks/springs but reused old parts and had good or bad luck with it?

Thanks for your help -

When I put my 4600s on I was in the same situation. My top hat and bushings were still good looking so I reused them. That was 100,000km ago now and soon it will be time to do it again.

Well heck if they’ve lasted that long for you, maybe I’ll just reuse these!

So I ended up going with an alternate solution: I went to AutoZone and got 2 cheap Duralast front shocks and am using the parts from those. I wish Bilstein had included them
