Dash indicator lights stuck on

The picture explains a lot. The keys are not in the ignition and some of the lights are still on. Its not the ign cylinder, removed that. I unplugged the ign switch and the lights stay on. I'm not familiar with the 4runner dash wiring so I'm not sure where to start.

You have a short somewhere, and looks like a good one too. Look up how to take apart our dash, it's very simple (I think like 10 screws in total?) and all the wiring looms are very visible once you pull out the gauge cluster some
Is your vehicle stored and/or has been stored in an area prone to mice? If I remember correctly a while back I saw someone say it's easy for them to somehow get in where the cabin air vents are which eventually leads to the dash. If memory serves me right I wonder if maybe one got in and had a snack
