Opinions on regaining lost lift - Move up a perch? New coils?

Recently I've picked up a new bumper to fit my winch and with the extra weight it's packing (about +140lbs total now) it's causing me to lose about 0.5-1 inch of lift up front. I'd love to regain this but I'm at a crossroads as to how and I'd love to hear what everyone here had to say, especially those also running Tundra 5100s. Should I adjust my shocks some? Look into some beefier 3in coils altogether? Spacers?
If memory serves me right I'm currently at the 3/5 perch on my shocks and have only one more before I'm maxed out (Billy does not advise using the YY/YB coils on the 5th perch.) However this will also preload the coil and I'm worried about it leading to a harsh ride. At the same time I vaguely recall not many coil options work with Tundra 5100s that also net a 3in lift, meaning new shocks would be in order if I'm not mistaken. I was considering 1/4in top plate spacers since it would be cheapest and easiest but I see almost nothing but people warning against them. I know quite a few of us are running these struts, any ideas from you folks? I'm trying to make this as little hassle as possible
Edit: forgot to mention I have plans to get a schrockworks skid plate which will add even more weight up front

Well I bit the bullet and ordered another Toytec spacer. The thing is I see loads of people say they fit on the OEM strut lower lugs, but I just don't see that happening, there's maybe 1/4in free as is and looks like all that would be eaten up from the install. Am I mistaken one way or the other, anyone know?

Opinions on regaining lost lift - Move up a perch? New coils?

You’re going to want more preload to handle the weight, hence pre-load. Use the 4th or 5th perch mount… spacer is still preloading your spring just as your 5100 strut is going to do. Which is also what a coil over does but with fancy threads for use of a spanner wrench to adjust while installed in vehicle. The ride will not be harsh per say as you are still using the same spring rate.. if anything, it’s going to get you back to not feeling too soft from the weight you added. A custom spring that’s stiffer would be your option if you don’t like the idea of “preloading”, but will be stiff and “harsh”.

Don’t open those new spacers.

I think DevBot purchased top strut spacers which go between the strut and the frame mounting point so that won't change the spring pre load any. You're thinking of a coil spring spacer/isolator that goes between the coil spring and the top mounting plate.

Indeed I did, a 1/4in top plate spacer
