Best winch for Addicted Offroad plate bumper.

Ok so I am waiting for my bumper to show up and want to get a winch. I am interested in what others who have this bumper use. I don't want to cut the grill and would like not to Fab something to make it work. Thanks for any info.
This will be for a 2000 sr5 on 33s if you wanted to know.
Thanks,

Thanks,
My 9.5k synthetic smitty built fits perfectly with no grill trimming if you relocate the control box. If you mount the box on top you have to do minor trimming. If you email addicted offroad he will tell you which winches work.

This is what he sent to me when I asked Scotty from AOR what winches will fit without having to trim the grill.

Smittybuilt 9.5xrc
Smittybuilt x20
Warn M8000
Warn VR8 and VR10

Hope this helps.

Does anyone have recommendations for which of these winches to get, for limited/occasional use? Pros/cons, etc?

newby here. Waiting for 4th gen tube bumper to ship but thinking about adding a winch. I have already added some weight to the front with ARB skid plates. currently have stock suspension. think adding a winch will require suspension upgrade.

If going on 4th gen I'd check in 4th gen forum. Cut weight go with Syn rope winch.
