Yes. The body is fully threaded but you shouldn't go lower than OEM coil seat height as your sway bar could make contact with the coilovers then.

Hi Mike,

Thank you for replying to my post. The issue that I have is the front coils + 1/4" top spacers are given more than 3.25" of lift and I would like to use the threads to lower the lift height to 2.75" by lowering the spring perch without removing the top plate.
The sway bar and end link are far from the shock body in the 3rd gen.

However I wouldn't touch them unless an issue arose. I had the remote resi versions (MRA's) on my 5th Gen for 4 years and 80k miles and never had to do anything to them.
