Every time my cassette player switches over from one side of the tape to the other (either through autoreverse or using the button), it will start buzzing over whatever is on the other side of the tape (the same buzzing you get when you reach the tape leaders). It has basically lost the function of making the tape go in the other direction. I can't even rewind, it just wont, it will buzz at me for a moment and go back to playing music.

The player also doesn't change bias for type II or IV, which it use to and should. I'm not keen on buying another. Are these head units known for having any particular issues that can be easily fixed? (like broken solder joints)
