Front shocks removal without spring compressor
Guys

I just inherited my dad's 2002 4runner limited.

I like to know if you can take out the front shocks, using the weight of the truck, to remove the load off the spring then slide out the shock?

I have done it this way with my 08 FJ and 18 4runner.
