Unhappy AC problem (blower not working) code 13

Hello, after using the AC for a while it stops working (blower not working) for a few minutes and the it comes back usually around 10-20 min the climate unit shows code 13 (circuit on evaporator sensor), the blower works fine if I short the relay terminals, my theory is that the condensation is shorting the mentioned sensor and prevents the blower from running, any advice?

It seems to be draining properly, I'll use a metal wire later to confirm that it is unclogged

Next. The evap housing has fan resistor bank mounted to it removing it gives you a 2" x 4" openig to view Evap condition cleaning probably needed.
