Thanks for the info. I am apparently incapable of finding most small OEM parts on Toyota's parts sites with their terrible exploded drawings, so I rely on the aftermarket.

for those that have not done this.....what are you waiting for. Such a great mod. Installed a set today on my current 2000.
Son so impressed he plans to get for his 2017 taco.

( ordered direct from spiker in 2020, totaled car, forgot about them, found the other day and installed on my current rig)

sure wish I had found them on my shelf b4 I did my timing belt 10 days ago and not had to work around that stupid prop rod.

just noticed that amazon is selling knock offs of Spikers kits for less money. HOWEVER i dont support knock offs of well designed stuff designed by a guy on this forum who designed them...and we should support a guy on this forum who has helped many of us with his other threads input and other stuff he designs for us.
I told my son to by direct from spiker.

First mod I did after replacing the destroyed transfer case and driveshafts on my manual. Well worth it! No prop rod and the extra hood lift height is fantastic!
