Holes after fender flare removal

Hey y’all,
Just removed my fender flares off my 01’ 4Runner, I knew there would be holes in the panels and they are worth it to me so far. I am however looking for some ideas for them, I don’t want to go through having to fill and color match them, so im thinking maybe there could be black clips I could put in? I’ve tried a couple different sizes but no luck so far, especially since the holes are different shapes. Has anyone done this?
Thanks!

Try ordering touchup paint from Toyota, it should be an exact match. Then you can try filling the holes in with bondo and coloring it over

See what you can find in a 'Christmas tree' style. Paint the head with touch up paint and pop them in place.

This^ find clips that will fit good in the hole and then paint match them. Will be way more subtle.
