Hey y'all, I've had a few electrical problems and posted another thread re: blowing a fuse for my door locks/power windows.. Still haven't figured that one out because time isn't my friend right now. Work is good but no time off isn't... Keep on truckin, eh?
My new electrical gremlin is that my DRL's keep turning off and on intermittently. It's an American T4R that was imported into Canuckistan before I bought it and it had to have the DRL's installed to pass muster here.
I'm hoping that one of you gurus might be able to point me in the right direction!
As I'm driving, I can hear what sounds like a relay clicking on and off. Sometimnes it's every few minutes and sometimes it's longer, but I can see the reflection in the car in front of me that they're turning off and on by themselves. I'm sure guys going the other way are slowing down thinking there's radar up ahead!
I've torn open the dash and have been hunting for the little clicker, but of course it won't click when it's in the driveway. (Yes, key is on) I suppose it could be wired into a factory position but who knows, the guy that did the deed is long gone.
Anyway, it's not a killer since the HL's still work manually, but it would be noice to fix it.
And Thanks eh!
