Part number Toyota gave me is 00014-S0260. I'm still working on making sure security is arming/disarming correctly but the fob def works the door locks. Below is the link to a site with info on these security systems and a link to the part. On the jjguy site is a link to PDF manual with instructions for programming. Hope this will help someone else in the future.

I really wanted to have a definitive answer for anyone else who runs into this. You can try this at least. We had of course disconnected & reconnected negative terminal. I also had a shop tell me they usually disconnect negative terminal, turn the key to ON, then reconnect negative terminal to bypass security. This did not work for us. Attached is a better pic of our button light. I need to find a fob that works.
Finally found this post after much searching and hair pulling!

I have the same alarm system and the 3x button pressing with the key switch to ACC/ON did indeed work. This was after days of being stumped, so to say that it was a relief is an understatement. Just wanted to add this for anybody else with this problem, this could definitely work!

Hey there! Dealing with a security system issue can be frustrating, especially after replacing the battery. Have you tried reaching out to the manufacturer or a professional locksmith for assistance? It might be worth looking into a locksmith who specializes in security systems, or even becoming a security consultant yourself! If you're interested in learning more about how to become a security consultant, this link could be a helpful resource: How to Become a Security Consultant - How to Become a Locksmith | Locksmith Training and Certification. Best of luck with resolving the issue with your security system!
