Auto Up Window Retracting

My driver window was busted out when my truck got broken into some time ago. I replaced the window with an OEM window from a donor truck. After everything was button up, everything works except for the auto up.

Whenever it is activated, it will go up like normal but then drop down, halfway, as if it's triggering the security feature to not close completely when it interacts with something in it's way.

I've cleaned the door seals, tried reprogramming the switch, and done everything I can think of.. It just wont stop retracting. Is there adjustment in the bracket or motor that I'm just not seeing? It's driving me a little nuts now.

there's a procedure in the FSM to fix that. it's basically about positioning the gears with respect to the motor. iirc, i think you need to remove the window assembly (without the glass) and do the fix on the ground
