Need to replace window trim

I need to replace the black window trim on my 4runner. Its coming off in some places, its all really faded and it makes the vehicle look awful. The trim I need to replace is the black strip under the windows (not the weatherstripping), and the rubber weather stripping around the rear window which got misshapen in the hot California sun.

I feel like a junkyard might not be the best way to go, unless the vehicle is mint it will have the same issues as what is currently on my car (fading, cracking, weathered). Are there any options after market?

The lower outside window trim on a 3rd Gen 4Runner is similar in design to 1st Gen Tacomas. Fairly easy to replace, usually the over-molded rubber starts peeling off and looks like $%#&. Link to info from Tacoma World.

Simple how-to: fix that crappy door trim | Tacoma World

OP was kind of all that stuff around the window specific and yea I still can't tell exactly what part?

pictures are golden when it comes to part requests.

I took my rear prop shaft off this morning and went for a test drive in front wheel drive, yep that hum coming the back end was the rear prop shaft. ordered a new one from tom woods. But I'm happy with getting 240K out of the OEM one.

For the price can't go wrong with Tom woods. The use of 'universal joints at each end makes it an easier replacement.

Trying to keep things clutter-free so I'm adding to this post.

I think I'm looking for the part that was mistakenly given above (6816335010). At least that's where I ended up after searching PartSouq and parts.mylocaldealer.

Can anyone confirm this is the right part I need to replace, or better yet have a suggestion to fix? I'm thinking of just stuffing some kind of adhesive in there, see if it holds.

How dumb would that look, just one new trim piece? When will I learn; it's never just one piece I need to replace!

My new strategy is replace them all, if you can afford it. I'm seeing more and more items become Discontinued over time, so I figure now is a good time to strike, budget permitting.
