I have a fuse tap but I don't know what fuse size is ideal. The H7 are 55 watt/ 12V and there is 2 of them.

Each bulb is going to draw ~4.6amps, with a 20% safety factor, you are looking at 11amps which means a 15 amp fuse. That said, the fuse is protecting the wiring from damage which could lead to an electrical fire, so make sure that your wire gauge is appropriate for that load or you could have an electrical fire at a load which won't blow the fuse. Given the load you are looking at, I'd want to use 12 gauge wiring for that, but depending on which chart you are looking at you will find some that say 14 gauge is safe for shorter runs.
