99 V6 AC Harness

Hey guys, so my 99 4runner won't start and it seems to be an electrical issue. During my AC compressor install we noticed that the AC harness was ripped, possibly when my belt broke. We patched it up and it ran for about a month or so and now I'm having electrical issues.

I wanted to put in a new harness to see if that would solve the issue since that appears to be the likely culprit seeing as how it looks like it's seen better days so I'd like to start by just replacing that for piece of mind. Does anyone happen to know what the part number for it would be? There's also a cylinder in front of the radiator in the same area of the AC compressor that has the cable clip but the clip isn't connected to any cable any longer. Does anyone know if the same AC harness maybe connects to the same cylinder? The truck is at my parents so I can't really say what the cylinder is for but maybe it's the power steering? I've attached a pic

The cylinder you circled is the power steering reservoir. it's got two fluid lines and a electrical connector attached to it. Ac evap wiring harness 8860535220

Thanks for the reply. Is there maybe another cable that would go to the compressor? This one does seem a bit short. Do you happen to have the part number for the electrical connector to the PS pump? If you don't have the part numbers on hand a blown up view with the part numbers would also be appreciated!

PS system has nothing to do with ac compressor, even though they have close proximity.

Thanks, I did want to replace the connection though since it's bugging me that it's just sitting there without the connector. What would it indicate? That the PS fluid is low is what I would imagine right? Unfortunately I'm not seeing the connector on that diagram.

I don't quiet understand what you are'referring to. To check the ps level, you'll have to undo the ps cover which has marked stem indicating the hot and cold levels.
