Off Road Bumper

I recently installed a custom off road bumper and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas about what I can do to the exposed areas. I'm a bit concerned about some of the wiring that is exposed and I think it could look better visually, just not quite sure how I might be able to do that. Any ideas are all welcomed. Thanks

Start with trimming back this black plastic and cutting these brackets flush with the fender. You could also paint the rest of the visible radiator support black which might blend it together a bit better. Any loose wires I’d use some zip ties on other than that I wouldn’t worry much about the exposed wiring.

Seems like it stops really short. Most tube style off road bumpers wrap around with the fenders to help protect them and deflect stuff away from the body and tires. Doing that also help hide all the stuff behind them. I'd do everything that T4topher said and see what it looks like

Yeah i agree, stops a bit short. Should be able to make it work though. Think about adding some perforated aluminum or wire mesh painted black

Looks like he had plans to add more tubing to go around to the outside of the fenders but never got around to it

looks like you got the wrong bumper if you are worried about exposed areas. This is your daily i'm assuming.

The tube bumpers I build have very similar proportions. I trim the plastic fender liners all the way up to where they meet the inner fender, cut the bumper support off and rework it so it's only supporting the fender itself and doesn't hang down, remove the washer bottle and tuck the related wiring back up by the airbox, re-route the signal wiring and connect it all together into switchback bulbs in the corner lights, then I cut off all the excess sheet metal that hangs down in front of the tires on the core support. Everything below the headlight support bracket and to the outside of the main support where the body mounts are gets scrapped.
