01 Limited Climate Control

The climate control, on a cold morning, wont let me turn the temp or the fan up? It works better as the vehicle warms up.

Do I need a new one? Or can I fix it some how?

Probably just a repair. Ask this guy on ebay:

REPAIR KIT 4 Toyota 4Runner A/C Heater Climate Control EATC Module 99 00 01 02 | eBay

Unfortunately it appears to be somewhat common on the electronic lifesupport controls. Mine, so far, has help up from day 1, hope i didn't just jynx it...

OP is in Canada so ebay probably won't work out. I remember there was another Canadian asking about the same thing a few months ago. Let me see if I can find it...
