Removing the Rake

I have a 01' Hilux Surf (Limited Styling), with a front rake that quite bugs me.

I was thinking of installing the 99' Highlander front springs to get rid of it...?

Are there any better options? Don't really want to lift it and I could still size the tires up next time around.

You need to give more information beyond "I have rake, will this fix it?" like how much rake, what you have currently, how much weight you're carrying, etc.
If you mean the OEM suspension is sagging and you wanna keep it at factory height, then buy some new 01 coils. Simple as
