I've bought from Camelback, McGeorge and Partsouq and all have excellent experience. McGeorge won't ship headlights but Camelback did. Most US dealers take 2-4 days to receive the part from warehouse and then 3-6 days to ship. Partsouq does the same. They have many dealers in Dubai and they source parts from them and then ship. Give camelback a call (some times have to wait to speak to a salesmen) and check.

Current Camelback Toyota Part Lead Times
I’ve done Toyota parts deal, camelback, and one around SLC utah. My local peeps are the best. I spend pile of money there between my 4runner, sienna and work tundra though. Tires and everything. They basically give me their good guy price which is almost exactly like online.
Thing to reminder guys is shipping, parts, warehousing and, well everything quite frankly is effed from demand, rona all the things, and uncle Joe’s print cash machine.
Everyone is going to have to grow some serious patience and go back to the mail order days of waiting a good while. What you are all experiencing right now, is just the beginning. This is going to get much worse. All of the strikes are just going to make it all worse yet on top of it all.
This was in Montana last week by the way……
TL;DR Hurry up and wait.

I used to use McGeorge every time, but as of a couple months ago now they've stopped shipping to Washington and Rhode Island "because of new tax initiatives"... they couldn't give me more information than that, but I wouldn't be surprised whatsoever if other blue states started following suit eventually, especially west coast. Strikes me as strange California isn't on the list but I would imagine - whatever said taxes were - would be coming down the pipe in the near future for them too.
Just my semi-related 2 cents. Thought it was very interesting

Wow! That’s odd. I had no idea and I’m sorry to hear it. Hopefully it changes back.
With regards to buying locally, I live exactly in the middle of two Toyota dealerships. The one north cost $40 more than McGeorge including the shipping from VA on a large order I needed. I bought from the north dealership just for the “speed”. Was told everything had to be special ordered and they would call. Two weeks later, I decide to stop by, oh yea, parts are ready for you. Um, no call and more expensive. I won’t be buying from you again. No online ordering either - just email. The dealership south of me, I bought rotors and a radiator. Picked up both to save shipping on the rotors and damage to the radiator. Ordered a couple of other times from them, small stuff, delivery was a flat $5 both times, got it pretty fast. Still more expensive than McGeorge, but a good backup and so far, flawless interactions.

Hence why I bought all of my stuff as fast as I could. Only thing left to do now is powder coat my front bumper. Picked up my winch this evening on the way home. Trying to grab everything before prices go up and supplies aren’t available

Recently Amayama really got on my shit list. I compared prices and made orders with them and locally to save money and based on who had what item available. After processing my order and sitting on it for days Amayama came back to say some item weren’t available — but my local dealer had them! Asked to cancel and they would not so I paid way more in shipping unnecessarily. Their customer service and communication is substandard.

This is my "Rubber meets the Road" point... you can praise anyone when they do things right and the transaction goes smoothly. That's not a difficult thing to do. But what happens when things go Wrong, which they will on occasion (we're all humans, we fvk up occasionally). Overseas company? Yeah, I'm not going to spend more than $100... that's my limit of risk, what I'm willing to lose without compensation. Even my CC company has said that it's very difficult to get refunds from overseas and they won't compensate me if they can't receive compensation.

Early in 2021 I ordered 2 of a part(don't remember what part) from Amayama. They sent one unit with a packing list that said they sent 2.
Customer service via in-house Amayama email was quick to respond, but very slow to execute. Eventually got the missing part. They definitely make mistakes. This shipment was from the UAE, not Japan.

My local dealer sells the manifold for $390, their online price is $354, camelback sells it for $255. I order from my local dealership when I can because I do use them as a resource. But 100$, yeah I'm going to save my money.
Got word that the parts shipped today. Hope everything gets here in one piece.

Yeah, that "online price" doesn't qualify as [what most of us think should be] an online price.

You might consider Salinas Toyota since you are in the bay area, they usually have the same online prices as McGeorge/Camelback, sometimes better. They've told me not to come in since the prices are higher. Usually ships fast and gets here quickly. Once they even dropped off the parts themselves.
Few weeks ago I received an order from them missing multiple parts. I called them up and they got the missing parts in the mail and on the way without hassle.

Got my parts today, a little over a week after I ordered them. I am totally okay with that timeline considering the number of parts I ordered (and how many had to be special ordered), and the state of the supply chain right now.
Everything was the correct quantity and PN that I wanted. Packaging was acceptable.
