lots of rusted through parts are replacable (i.e. lower control arms, shocks, fuel tank skid plate)
The rear diff seems pretty neat considering the rest.
If you can weld, and the rest is MINT, I'd buy and re-plate the frame where it'S weak, and replace the stuff that is rusted, then grease-rust proof it. IMO it's much less of a chore doing frame work than body (art) work.
If you can't weld, it's not worth it.
