Kenda Klever R/T 35x10.5R17

Anyone looking for these tires Walmart normally has them for around $200 per tire, but they are $160 per tire right now.

I just bought 5 Milestar Patagonia M/T tires from Walmart yesterday, arriving later today, for ~$162/tire, with free shipping. Walmart, like Amazon, will sell products that come from other companies. Other external companies through Walmart wanted ~$220/tire for the 285/70R17.

The 285/70R17 is a 33”, so not a 35”. My A/T 33” tires just fit under my 4R, so I was afraid to try the 315/70R17, the 35” version. The 295 was ~$238/tire and 33.5”, so I got the 285.

Every now and then, Walmart has some great deals!

UPDATE: The tires arrived this morning, and I ordered them at around 6pm yesterday. I was worried that the tires would be old, but they were all manufactured in June, 2021 (2421 DOT codes on all 5 tires). I also confirmed that all five tires are 285/70R17, the size I ordered.

That’s close to a 265/85r17 in metric sizing!

I’ve never seen a metric tire in that size. My A/T tires are 255/80r17, which is ~33x10R17. The 285/70R17 is ~33x11R17.

Once I have the funds and they go on sale again I'll be getting 5 of these. I like a slimmer footprint compared to a 35x12.5

I've heard overall pretty good reviews on the patagonia m/t's. I hope you like them!

i have been looking at this tire to use just as a spare. debating about ditching my rear swing out and moving the spare inside the truck and having a narrower 35 would be nice so i don't lose all the room in the back
i may just bite the bullet and order one, best deal i have seen in a year since i have been thinking about this route

Anyone new running this size? I’m thinking about going this route and hoping it’ll be a lot easier and quicker job to get them to fit.
