Big OEM parts discount still out there
Just loaded up on heater control valves & hoses for my 4TR & T100.
At almost 200K miles good time replace the originals and enjoy low pricing and replace as preventative maintenance.
Purchased through Megazip, 2-6 day delivery from Japan to my front door at just about half the cost of my local on-line OEM supplier…..can’t beat that!

Heater control valve was $44, compared to $84 at McGeorge. But shipping cost
used up a lot of the difference- $30. And total shipping time was a combo of
"handling time"- 5 to 7 days- plus actual shipping - 2 to 6 days. So, somewhat
cheaper, but longer shipping.
A cylinder head, though, was a different story. MZ wants ~$2300. McGeorge
wants ~$1100, same shipping time.

I have found the Japan suppliers worthwhile if 1. None of the parts are big or very heavy, and 2. The order contains several parts in order to 'distribute' the shippings costs. Not worth it for one small item or any big/heavy item.

Exactly my experience here based on the items I ordered with the 20% Black Friday discount my savings was big, like half price of online Toyota dealer including the shipping cost.

PartSouq Auto Parts Around the World has the lowest prices on OEM parts I have found. The guys on IH8Mud swear by them. Most stuff is in stock and shipped 3-5 day air.

I just picked up LBJ's, castlenuts, and outer tie rods from Toyota Parts and Accessories Online - Roseville Toyota in Roseville, CA for $347 (tax included).
They have a Cyber sale that knocks off an extra 10% off and free ship over $75 (use code FREESHIP).
Did a quick compare against partsouq.com and it came out to $396 for the same parts, with shipping costs added.
Happy hunting all!

Not bad. I just bought a Frt Diff Actuator for my 01 for 251 shipped. I was hesitating to pull the trigger hoping my used guy would have one locally, and wouldn't you know, they are out of stock in the local warehouse! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas! Parts are disappearing quick for these trucks!

Guess, our 4R's and Toys are the most luckiest!
My 97 4R and 00 LC engines are so smooth I can only tell its running visually by looking at the spinning fan! I went to see a LC 200 at our local Chevy dealer. A sales man who walked next to my 92 corolla asked whether the engine is running? So many benefits by using OEM parts.
