What is my 4Runner front brake caliper rebuild kit "bracket" model?

I need to replace the four boots in the front brake calipers because they're torn (and I need to pass an inspection that I already failed due in part to that).

On CARID the 15 inch wheel selection asks me which of five different calipers I have.
1. With Caliper Bracket Casting # 12WE
2. With Caliper Bracket Casting # S12WE
3. With Caliper Bracket Casting # S13WM
4. With Front Caliper Bracket Casting # S12WE
5. With Front Caliper Bracket Casting # S13WM

Not knowing how to tell, I called CARID customer support at 800.505.3274 and they said the choice matters (because the parts are different) but that I'd have to ask Toyota since they couldn't find it in a VIN lookup table.

I called the local Toyota parts department who didn't even know what I was asking them.

Do you know how I can tell what which caliper bracket it is that I have?

The calipers will be stamped on the back side of the caliper (the side facing the vehicle frame). There's a couple pictures in this post that show the stampings: https://www.toyota-4runner.org/835440-post2.html

By the way, 1/2/4 are the same and 3/5 are the same.

Thank you for that answer as those pictures in that thread were perfect.
Luckily I didn't have to lift the 4Runner to see the S12WE stamped on the inside of the caliper (facing the frame).

Does anyone have a recommendation as to my choices (which I'm not sure what they are)?
A. I could replace the entire caliper (I presume it comes with new pistons?)
B. I could just replace the boots and the gaskets (if they sell them that way?)

The OE prices seem steep but maybe CARID has a kit.
Would you replace just the boot or the piston and associated parts?
1. $50.00 Disc Brake Rotor (Front) 43512-04020
2. $280.91 Caliper, Left 47750-35110
3. I don't see a rebuild kit at the Toyota site

A new caliper will come complete and ready to go. Normally I'm an OEM only guy, but aftermarket brake calipers are a good alternative in this case in my opinion.

I understand given it's brakes.

Also given the rubber boot is torn, the four pistons per S12WE caliper may be scored (who knows until I take them apart).

I called O'Reilly and Napa and Autozone.

Napa has a $13/caliper 12-part rebuild kit (P/N UP 2010).

O'Reilly also has a $13/caliper 13-part rebuild kit (P/N 15132)

Anyone have experience with these caliper rebuild kits?
