Other items to tackle along with my suspension install?

Hey just scored a sweet deal on a new coil-over suspension set and…..

Down the rabbit hole we go. What other items/bushings and components should one consider replacing when installing springs and struts.

Since I got extended mid travel fronts I will be needing aftermarket upper control arms…

Since the hub spindle will be loose during install should I take the opportunity to weld on total chaos spindle gussets?

Since I have to remove the sway bar links I will be replacing them but
Should I replace the sway bar mounting bushings too or maybe just not run a sway bar at all?

In the rear, new lower and upper links? New cross bar?

Brakes are getting worn… should I upgrade to Tundra 231mm 13WL’s?

Any other suggestions for easy to do “while you’re in there’s” while it’s up on stands and the tires are off?

LBJ’s, check tie rods & steering rack (you’re going to need an alignment anyway).

After your lift install your CV boots will likely split so consider rebooting too. Also always a good time to pay attention to those lower ball joints!

Are extended brake lines necessary for a 2" to 2.5" lift?

Also wanted to thank WheelersOffroad for such fast service. I ordered King's full suspension setup last Wednesday fully expecting to see it in the spring.

The front ext. coilovers showed up on Friday! Two days from order. Fresno to Napa, CA. Guess they were actually in stock. Rears will prolly be a few months...

Anyway thanks for any opinions or advice for the install.

Cheers!

So the rear kings with adjusters came lickity split.

Since I'm replacing the lower ball joints and removing the upper control arms up front, should I take the time to pop off the axle nut and take the whole steering knuckle in to a shop/dealer and have new wheel bearings pressed in?

How much should I expect to pay?

I've got 160k miles on them...

Prices vary a lot by region and city vs rural.

But if it were me, since you’ve got the upper arms off, I’d do the bearings and consider welding on some spindle gussets and strut tower reinforcements while everything’s torn apart.
