I cleaned out the MAF sensor and cleaned the air filter, also checked all the vacuum lines, which I found a cracked hose and replaced it, cleared the codes and the light came back on. Not much experience in diagnostics and I'm kinda stumped, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Most likely a vacuum leak. Get a cheapo smoke machine or Spray carb cleaner see if the engine idle changes. if all the hoses are good. Could be the plenum gaskets, Throttle body or iac gasket, pvc grommet etc. If it's running lean then it's good possibility it's a vacuum leak. Check your fuel trims using an obd.
