Yes, for the 4Runner specific version. The D558 Tacoma or Tundra version is a different ride height on the lower perch. If you are reading threads that are over 3 years old, they will talk about other 5100 options (the 4Runner specific ones were release in 2019, I think), which is why you might be getting confused.
I actually run my original 2WD front springs up a couple notches with a small top plate spacer to get max droop with the stock arms and the softest springs I can deal with. When I add a winch up front, I'll probably swap over to stock 4WD springs.
