Should I upgrade rear shocks only?

I've had this OME lift on for over 4 years and I'm not looking to upgrade, except yesterday I broke a rear shock, so what I'm trying to decide is if i should just buy a replacement shock, get a pair (so they wear evenly) or upgrade to something better (rear shocks only). Currently running the OME 60027 Firm Shocks and I have a rear bumper w/ swingout and storage unit in the trunk.

If you’re happy with them, get a new pair and keep the good used one for a spare. It’s only a matter of time before the other one goes, and you’ll be in the same predicament. At least this way, you can throw on the other used one and start looking at another pair at your leisure knowing they’re on borrowed time.

Sounds like you're itching for an excuse to try out some new parts to me! You can definitely just replace the one. Or all 4. Depends if the wife/gf agrees with the extra expenses.
