Are the coil springs on the '99 the same as '01?

I am doing shocks soon and I was told that shocks from a '99 give a small lift. My '01 seems to sit higher than the older 4runners so I am thinking that all the coil springs after '99 are the same. Is this a correct assumption?

Thanks!

99 SR5 and Highlander packages have 1" taller coils IIRC.

Unless you are the only owner its hard to tell what a previous owner has done. 01 from the factory is lower than the older 4runners. If yours seems taller the springs have probably already been changed out. Pics would help
