Blower Motor "playing" eletronic/injector sounds

Alright so... The best way I can describe this as follows: If you take the AUX cord in a car, plug one end into the radio and then touch the other end to something metal as to ground it you'll hear what I describe as the electronic sound of the injectors. Like a these high pitched electric clicks that speeds up with engine speed. We used to do this in the honda in high school because it sounded kind of cool.

Anyway...

So... my blower motor in the truck is now emitting this sound... As if it was a speaker... What? If I turn off the blower, the sounds stop instantly, and if i turn it on the sounds come back. Note that this is with the radio on or off and I've made no modifications. It's definitely that "electric injector" sound as it follows the enigne speed perfectly.

Is the blower motor...somehow acting like a speaker? Is that even possible? What even. Should I replace it? Or...do I need to grease it?

Not sure if it matters, but 2000 SR5 V6 Auto.

Bizarre. When a auto stereo does that it due to faulty/poor grounds.

So have you inspected it? Probably needs some tlc cleaning yet don't know how that would help this bizarre problem.

Grounds solid and tight with no rust underneath them?

Batt terminals tight? Luck.

The blower bushings eventually dry out and start chirping. Plus if you have leaves twigs……in the blower they can make all kinds of funkie noises.

This right here. Time to pull it out and start with a cleaning. The fan speed can vary slightly with engine speed due to the way the regulator works if the ground is dirty.

Your truck does not come with a Cabin air filter, so likely your fan is just crudded up. My video here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pcX9137EQas&t=285s - shows you how to remove and reinstall the fan.

I used a mix of Dawn Dish Soap and Vinegar to clean the fan blades with a ToothBrush and a pick tool to get into the crevices of the fan.

Battery terminals are good; I just cleaned them actually about 2 weeks ago. I will check the connections on the motor when I pull it out.

Hey awesome I've been thinking I need to do that anyway! Wish me luck that I don't find something scary in there...haha.

I really wish our rigs had a cabin filter...

I can't see the video right now, on work wifi , but is the motor grease-able or anything while I have it out?

I have this same exact problem. OEM was fine, but when I replaced it with a TYC one (I think, maybe was TRQ) it gets that same weird noise, especially during hot air. Took a little while for it to develop but I can't figure it out and am on the verge of swapping in the old motor. Extremely annoying
