I'd be wiling to work until I can't walk anymore to live in a place like that, and of course the 4runner would go on for the next half a century.
You can get away a lot of mods here (but there aren't many worth your time on these, anyway). You have beaches, you say? Pismo Beach is still legal too, thanks to
