If you are ever overheating you turn the heat on full blast not the ac.

Yes the front o2 sensor maybe giving you grief. Fluid levels staying normal is a very good sign. No white smoke on startup very good sign. Just keep an eye on the fluids for a little while if they stay good. I highly doubt you have warped or damaged heads.
