Beautiful work, and what a clean design! Can't want to hear more about it. Will it be sold as a finished product, or is there a possibility for a DIY weld-together kit

Thank you! This will be a finished product. We don't currently have plans for a DIY version.

I like where you are headed… any plan to accommodate the limited flare’s deeper profile?

This looks good. A few things I'm wondering about looking at the pictures.

Is the departure angle any better than stock? It looks a little bulky from the side.

What size tires can you fit with this bumper? The part that angles down by the rear tire looks pretty close to the tire, like it may rub at full stuff.

The body and bumper gaps look really tight and small. That's good for looks, but just be aware these trucks are known to have a lot of flex between the body and frame when you go to an aftermarket bumper. The stock bumper is mounted to the body so it isn't an issue with the stock bumper. Most people get poly rear body mounts to solve this.

Like the other user mentioned there's a few different types of flares on 3rd gens. Some have no flares, some have the thin plastic flares like your test subject, and some have fat painted flares like the limiteds and the later year model sports and SR5s.

Not trying to critique, just wanted to provide some feedback. Looking forward to seeing the final product! I'm always happy to see people continuing to make products for our 20+ year old trucks.

Departure angle looks to be the same as OEM with the hitch.
