Brake pads

I知 spooling up to do a simple front brake service (pads and rotors). I知 on rock auto and trying to decide if premium or high performance pads are actually worth the extra money. Thanks to any input.

I have rock auto pads and rotors on.. I went with raybestos premium pads and rotors. I do have the 199 larger calipers and rotors from the tundra brake upgrade. Seem to stop a work great for me. The only thing I noticed was a sequel when backing up. I think that is just a weak spring though.

Get the Akebono pads from Rock Auto. They make pads for Toyota, and they cost less than the ones sold at the dealership

I致e only ever had Akebono or OEM Toyota. I have a set of Hawk performance LTS pads sitting in my house currently awaiting installation, which I am reeeeeally looking forward to. Will be pairing them with Brembo rotors.
